As a reminder NBC requires you to participate in 2 General Membership Fundraisers throughout the Club's fiscal year - 9/1/07-8/31/08.  Time is running out to fill your requirements!

WHAT: Apparel that can be personalized to cheer on your gymnast!

WHY: General Fundraiser, a bit above wholesale prices plus $5.00 to the booster club fore each item sold!

WHEN: Now until November 19th (items will be delivered in time for Christmas)

NOTES: Send your orders and payments to the PO Box. Checks payable to: NBC. Make sure they arrive before the deadline. Call if you need a larger size than listed on the pricelist. Items are not returnable so check sizes carefully.

Aflac

What is needed from each team parent is 1 referral into 1 business. This includes a business owner, a human resources person or a benefits decision maker.

First, the business can’t already offer Aflac at their company. Secondly, we need the name and the direct phone line to the contact person. Please, let them know that Kevin Soria will be calling them to set up a meeting regarding offering Aflac at your business as an extra benefit at no cost to the employer. Finally, Email Kevin or call directly with the 1 referral for this fundraiser.

When a minimum of 25 meetings are set a $1,000 donation to sponsor the Naydenov Gymnastics Meet will be donated to NBC. Please have the 1 referral to Kevin on or before our next booster club meeting on December 12^th.

The game plan

1.      30 potential meeting with your families employer or any business owner

               2.   20-25 new companies offering Aflac

               3.   5-10 Employees get an Aflac policy per business

               4.   30% profits go to NBC general fundraising account

5.      $5,000-$9,000+ earned for the booster club

Non-payroll or individual referrals are just as good as businesses, so please keep those people in mind as well when thinking of people who would want Aflac. Let’s kick this fund raiser off strong this will be so easy! Let’s Kevin get started on this immediately.

One Cause

One Cause is a great way to earn money for your gymnast's account on everyday purchases made online, much like the Scrip program.  This is an online version!  Go to www.onecause.com using our organization number, 147830, or click the logo above to sign up.  Simply fill out your profile, choose our booster club, choose your preferences.  You can have family sign up as well and just have them enter your email address in the Dues Crediting.  Sign as many family members up as you want!  Then every time you are making an online purchase, go to one cause first to see if they are a merchant offered, click on the website you wish to purchase from through the one cause site.  From there everything is tracked for you.  There is nothing else to do.  Every quarter your earnings will go into your gymnast's account!

Scrip Due Dates:

Friday August 22 (Pick Up Thursday 8/28/08)

Friday September 26 (Pick Up 10/3/08)

Thursday October 30 (Pick Up 11/7/08)

Scrip is due into Christy Minor or Gina Chiles by the dates listed above.  Delivery of Scrip orders are on the following Friday of each date.  This is an individual fundraiser and a great way to earn money for your assessment account on money you are already spending each month!  The gift cards also make great presents!  Download the Scrip Order Form by clicking here!  We also have a brand new company in which you can place additional scrip orders each month with great earning potential and a long list of retailers, you can place this order online at www.shopwithscrip.com!  Please sign up with the enrollment code for Naydenov, 148B8B9A15186 (must use caps), enter your child's team name under classroom/teacher and the gymnast's name under student/child.

EScrip

 Escrip is not like regular scrip.  You don't have to purchase the scrip.  Instead, you register your credit card or store card (like Safeway).  When you shop at the affiliated businesses, and use your card, a percentage is given directly to the gym (via electronic check per month).  We are asking in particular that people register their Safeway Club card, or the like.  Then, whenever you shop at Safeway (and use your club card for the discounts), up to 4 % comes back to the gym.  You don't need a gift card or anything else, just your club card.
This is a general fundraiser.  It then reduces the cost of the administrative fees for everyone.  It is really an extremely easy fundraiser.  You just need to register one time and then the money comes to us automatically.  Our goal is to get 50 people signed up!  We are only in the 20's range.  We really need more supporters.  Please Note that even aunts, uncles, and grandparents from other places in the country can register their card and it would still benefit our very own club here in Washington.  How easy is that?  To register your club card go to http://www.escrip.com/merchants/search/index.jsp

Click the link "sign up"  then you will be prompted to choose who you are supporting.  Select either the group name, which you will enter Naydenov Booster Club or enter the Group ID number, which is 153787304.  From there you follow the easy directions to register your Safeway club card and/or debit and credit cards if you choose and the club will begin earning with no further effort from you!
